In this video, we tackle eye puffiness, under eye bags and malar bags. Malar bags appear as swellings on top of cheekbones, with an extra fold /crease that runs on top part of the cheek under the eye. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸!

Malar bags are more extreme than normal eye bags and they are difficult to eliminate completely, so depending on the degree of the malar bags present, please be realistic in your expectations of what can be achieved with natural methods such as Face Yoga. Malar bags can form as a result of ageing in the surrounding muscles of the eyes and cheeks, changes in the bone structure and thinning of fat deposits in the upper cheeks.

Here I offer you a daily exercise routine that can help to lessen the puffiness under the eyes and improve the appearance of malar bags. Please note it may not result in completely diminishing the malar bags but it will certainly give the whole under eye area and cheek area a big boost.
You can do this routine 1-2 times a day, 6 days a week and you should be able to notice improvements in the next 3-4 weeks.
