Dark Souls III: All boss ost, but only the best part

This video doesn't really make sense; the "best part" isn't worth much without the rest of the music, and has much less impact without it. It would even be disrespectful to ignore much of the work as if it weren't worthwhile, even though it plays a major role in the emotional construction of the "best part".
