Imagine going from ICN body building pro champion, being the fittest and best physique of your life. Then having all that taken from you just months after.

This is something An Nguyen experienced 8 years ago. Sharing a startling, eye opening story with us all on his journey with an Autoimmune disease called NMO (Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder).

Not only does he share such an inspiring story about his journey, but he shares so many humbling messages which we all need to hear. Life is short and once your life is faced with health issues. You really start to prioritise things that really matter to you.

We are so thankful for him also sharing how he’s changed as a person after this health challenge as well. Not an easy thing to do to be so open and honest about some of the deepest darkest thoughts.
