This is my first video upload this year... it is a nice case showing the steps of En bloc HoLEP with early apical liberation and sphincter's mucosal preservation... the technique is now quite mature and the steps I follow are always the same. It is a fast and safe technique. In this video I discuss the subtleties of how to use the Holmium "Virtual Basket" setting at 2 J 50 Hz, modulating the working distance, the speed of movement of the fiber along the line of dissection and the correct targetting of the laser beam in different moments of the operation.
