*Rib Steak is a cut that comes from the rib section of the beef.

Ingredients
8 pieces of short rib beef
1 tbs black pepper
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp sea salt flakes
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil


Serve with a side of rice, beans, tortillas, and guacamole
