물(수돗물) 340g

[클램차우더] - 3~4인분
베이컨 3줄
버터 15g
중간크기 양파 반개
샐러리 1개
당근 1/4쪽
마늘 3쪽
굴소스 or 우스터소스 1작은술
타바스코소스 1/4작은술
밀가루 33g
치킨스톡 1큰술
우유 150ml
헤비크림 150ml
조개육수 200ml
월계수잎 1장
감자 중간크기 2개
조개살 150g
기호에 따라 소금 후추 살짝

Ingredients
[Sourdough]
150g of active sourdough starter (peak state)
500g of flour
340g of water (use tap water in Korea)
10g of salt

[Clam Chowder] - 3-4 servings
3 strips of bacon
15g of butter
1/2 medium-sized onion
1 stalk of celery
1/4 carrot
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of oyster sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp of Tabasco sauce
33g of flour
1 tbsp of chicken stock
150ml of milk
150ml of heavy cream
200ml of clam broth
1 bay leaf
2 medium-sized potatoes
150g of clam meat
A pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
