SMOKED BEEF RIBS - THE BEST YOU EVER HAD!!!!

Ingredients:
Beef Ribs
Fine salt - 2 tablespoons
Cane sugar - 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper - 2 tablespoons
Sage leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
Celery leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Smoked Paprika powder - 1 tablespoon
Chili flakes - 1 tablespoon

How To:
13h30m - Start up your smoker or barbecue and set it to smoke at 110 Celsius or 225 Fahrenheit.
12h30m - Mix the spices for the rub and apply it to the beef ribs
12h20m - Smoke the beef ribs until they reach a core temperature of 88 Celsius or 190 Fahrenheit
00h20m - Let the beef ribs rest for around 20 minutes
00h00m - Enjoy!
