2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 shallot, roughly chopped
2 anchovy fillets
Kosher salt; freshly ground pepper
1 ½ pounds Sungold tomatoes
4 basil sprigs (leaves attached)
1 pound squid bodies and tentacles
1 pound thick spaghetti
½ teaspoon crushed red chile flakes
