Can groundwater be beautiful?

In the first ‘groundwater, beauty and culture dialogue’, Makoto Taniguchi (RIHN) and Tom Gleeson (University of Victoria, Canada) ask a strange, provocative question: can groundwater be beautiful? They discuss art, culture, meetings, history and kimonos!
