These muffins are incredibly moist and filled with juicy apple chunks, cinnamon, and a brown sugar topping that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.
Ingredients:

56g butter (1/4 cup)
75g sugar (1/3 cup)
1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
40g plain yogurt (2.5 tbsp)
110g all-purpose flour (3/4 cup)
1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt
60 ml milk (1/4 cup)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon, 20g brown sugar (2 tbsp)

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes.

🍎 Recipe 2: Buttery Apple Muffins with Sautéed Apples
This version features tender apple slices sautéed in butter, sugar, and lemon juice, layered on top of a fluffy, buttery muffin base.

For the apples:
15g butter, 1 medium apple (sliced)
10g sugar, 10 ml lemon juice

For the batter:
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
70g sugar (1/3 cup)
25 ml milk
56g melted butter (1/4 cup)
100g flour (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Top with icing sugar for a lovely finish.

🍂 Recipe 3: Cinnamon-Apple Muffins with Sugar Topping
These muffins bring bold cinnamon flavor and are topped with a sweet cinnamon-sugar crust. A cozy classic made simple!

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
70g sugar (1/3 cup)
60 ml milk (1/4 cup)
55 ml oil (1/4 cup)
140g flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
100–110g chopped apple (1 medium)

Topping: 1 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes.
