In this AU Dabi has an Ice quirk,
but instead of just coming from the inside
out like it does in the manga, he can
also use it like Shotos (Except his ice
is way weaker than his fire)
He can also unlock it way easier in this AU,
he just hasn’t yet because he never
thought to try and also because he
only ever thinks about turning the heat up
instead of turning it down
