PLAYTEST CHANGELOG 2/2/24

Players gain rested buff near house/arcane mill in 10 seconds, down from 15 sec
Fixed collision on Torches
Tweaked player camera to be able to look up a bit more
Overall Performance improvement regarding loading assets on demand
Arcane Mill now requires some clay, rather than Enchanted Bark - pacifist play-style supported. :)
Known :bug: - some invisible collision near the Islandland Beacon in Islandland - not a blocker
