Welding Machine Production Process at Hong Ky Factory

Hong Ky is a top-tier manufacturer of high-quality mechanical machinery in Vietnam, delivering millions of durable welding machines over the past 35 years.

Each machine undergoes rigorous testing, including dust and high-temperature assessments, to meet strict production standards. Hong Ky’s production line leverages Panasonic's advanced SMT technology to automate the circuit board process, ensuring precision in component application, soldering, and automated inspections.

All production steps are meticulously monitored via MES software. Once approved, circuit boards are coated for dust protection and assembled into complete welding units. Machines then go through calibration, electrical safety checks, load testing, and a final welding performance test before packaging.

With a Smart Factory project in collaboration with Samsung Group, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Hong Ky aims to enhance quality, capacity, and efficiency for domestic and global markets. This state-of-the-art facility is expected to be operational by Q2 2024.
