How to make Ghee from store bought butter | Ayurvedisches Ghee | Preparing Ghee at home in Germany

Ghee is an ancient recipe used in India for cooking as well as some rituals. It´s also used in Ayurveda for healing purposes. Ghee is very easily available all over India but difficult and expensive when you live outside India. Here in Germany, it is quite expensive as well and that’s how i started making my own ghee at home from the store bought butter. Butter is very easily available here in Europe and they are very rich and has high fat which makes my ghee super aromatic and so authentic as well.
Ghee is extremely easy to make at home and requires just 1 ingreident that is butter!
