today’s workout is designed to activate all major muscle groups using a medium tension resistance band and 5lbs weights.

Beginning in a quadruped table top for a warm up from the core to the triceps, shoulders, and legs.
The next series kicks up the heart rate with banded squats and upperbody work. You will then feel the strength in the glutes and obliques as we move into side series. Finally, you build strength in bridge for core & hamstrings.
