Nunney Castle and Village

Today I have left Glastonbury and headed east towards Frome to the ancient village of Nunney. Here I visit the 14th century castle surroundd by its very own moat. In a first since the covid outbreak in March I find the church open and get to srr inside. A lot of the houses in the village are nearly as old as the castle and are well worth a look.
Finally I find the villages 19th century prisin cell still in remarkably good condition.
