• १५० ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• १५० ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेला फ्लॉवर

Let’s see how to make restaurant style pavbhaji in cooker today. Pavbhaji is a very common recipe in many households. It has been a very regular recipe. We already have seen 2-3 pavbhaji recipes. But today’s recipe is a little different. You can call this instant pavbhaji. Noe, you must be wondering, what’s instant in pavbhaji? First thing, we are making it in cooker and another thing is we will give less time for mashing the bhaji!! Still the bhaji will get that perfect texture, color and consistency!! It turns out nice and tasty. With year end celebration round the corner, you must be looking for one dish meal recipes. This is one such recipe. It is a real quick and time saving recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me.

Ingredients:
• 150 gm fresh Peas
• 150 gm finely chopped Cauliflower
• 150 gm finely chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 Beetroot finely grated
• 500 gm finely chopped Onion
• A pinch of Salt
• 250 gm finely chopped Tomatoes
• 20 gm Pavbhaji masala
• 20 gm Red chili powder
• 2 tsp / 10 gm Ginger-Garlic paste
• 100 gm Oil
• 1 tbsp Besan
• 250 gm peeled and grated Potato
• 10 gm Salt
• 1 liter hot Water
• 20 gm Butter

Method:
• Heat up oil in a cooker and add onion and salt.
• Mix well and fry until onion gets nice golden color.
• Add tomato and fry it well together for about 7-8 minutes.
• Add ginger-garlic paste, pavbhaji masala and red chili powder and fry it well together for about 2
minutes.
• Move the masala along the edge of the cooker and add besan at the center.
• Fry besan for about a minute and mix it well with the masala.
• Add beet and mix well.
• Add capsicum, fresh peas, cauliflower and potato and fry it well together for about 2 minutes.
• You can use finely chopped potato in place of grated one.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Close the lid and cook on high heat until 1 whistle.
• Or you can steam the bhaji on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
• Mash the bhaji once well with masher.
• Turn the gas on and add butter.
• Mix well and simmer the bhaji for about 5 minutes. Pavbhaji is ready.
• Serve pavbhaji with buttered and roasted ladi pav, onion, coriander leaves and a slice of lemon.
• This is enough for 4-5 people. It weighs a little more than 1600 gm.
