This is the original ending to Poltergeist 3,1988. It was original suppose to be released December 25th,1987 but the director didn't like the ending so they decided to change up the ending a little bit. However Heather o'rourke the star of the film suffered cardiac arrest the morning of February 1st,1988 and died later that day. The new ending was filmed March 1988.
