🔸 Yoga malasana is one of the best deep squatting positions that used also often in yoga therapy/static stretching to open your tight hips, stretch your ankles, feet, relieve the pressure on your lower back, sitting bones, improve your posture, and many many benefits more! (superpose for pregnant ladies, for irregular periods, pain relief of menstruation days, groin pain).
Absolutely must-have squat yoga to practice!
And even if you are a beginner, don't skip malasana yoga- I will explain HOW TO go into this position and different yoga modifications of this pose!
🔸We do today in squat yoga - Lizard & Child pose, Happy baby, Frog pose, advanced modifications of malasana squat, skandasana & wide leg opening (plenty of poses that used in static stretching). Literally everything from yoga anatomy & smart yoga for your back & hip opening!
