Shake Shack Menu Review - Including Gluten Free & Low Carb Options!

We went to Shake Shack and ordered a bunch of menu items and reviewed them in terms of taste and nutrition. I was really confused why Shake Shack won't share their ingredients with anyone, to call those proprietary is pretty crazy. You can get a pretty good gluten free bun at Shake Shake or make any burger low carb by asking for a lettuce wrap bun. Overall, the taste of the burgers are one of my favorites at Shack Shake, and I do believe their ingredients are a bit cleaner than the typical burger joint, but they really should disclose the ingredients!
