REACTING To The END of Twitch! - Hasan, XQC & Pokimane DMCA Drama

Pokimane got banned from Twitch for Streaming Avatar the last airbender series. Hasan and XQC went full meltdown on twitter and said "everything is fair use if the copyright holder doesn’t care about pursuing a dmca claim".

Also XQC and Hasan tried to hide behind the fact that, because the gaming industry is allowing people to stream games, this is some how ok. Gaming industry could DMCA takedown everyone, but they won't. That's the point both Hasan and XQC is missing.

DMCA is again trending in Twitter and the reason is that Pokimane, a Famous female streamer on Twitch got banned for two days, because she watched Avatar The Last Airbender on stream.

Pokimane of course isn't the only one reacting and watching DMCA copyrighted movies and tv series. For example Hasanabi and Xqc are streaming tv-show daily on Twitch.tv and on this day haven't received a Ban for this.

Hasanabi got a ban recently but from a different reason.

This could actually start a Huge issue on Twitch. Twitch previously Forced streamers to delete their VOD's because of DMCA threats from Music record companies and This caused a massive uproar.

We are in the brink of another massive tsunami coming Twitch.tv way if they don't act now! Pokimane is just the first one and I predict there are going to be many more bans to come, for example XQC and Hasanabi.
