There is a major heat wave at the Disneyland Resort right now, and temperatures are predicted to get up to 104F this week! September is still summer, despite social media depicting this time of year as Fall and the Halloween season, so you need to take precautions in order to protect yourself from heat exhaustion or heat stroke. The heat can lead to life-threatening medical emergencies, especially if you are at a theme park over-exerting yourself.

Take the heat seriously, do not brush it off and try to "tough it out"! The heat will win if you don't take it seriously.
