Bún Cá Nguyên Loan-　One of the most rated restaurants in Nha Trang. And for good reason, I know this place may be famous for it's jellyfish noodles; however, for me I loved the banh mi xiu mai and banh canh the most. A must order and stop by when you come to Nha Trang.

Vịt Ninh Hòa- Another popular dish in Nha Trang. With two types of duck, grilled and boiled along with an assortment of duck parts. Just make sure to come early if you want the good stuff as they have a tendency to sell out early.
