Unboxing an Osram DH 107 double diode triode vacuum tube. This valve is probably new & in its original box. (NOS New Old Stock, NIB New In Box). The valve base is a miniature 7 pin base B7G & has no top connector cap. The valve has a square getter. The clear glass envelope has a Osram MADE IN ENGLAND label. Printed on the glass inside a rectangle is DH107, HB & 9. Printed on 3 sides of the box is Osram VALVE. Printed on the 4th side is the BVA logo, 12/-, P. TAX EXTRA, MADE IN ENGLAND & THE GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. LTD. OF ENGLAND. One end of the box has Osram & DH107 printed on it with MADE FOR THE GEC BY THE M.O. VALVE CO. LTD. on the inside flap. Printed on the other end of the box is OPEN OTHER END AND PUSH UP CONE. Printed on the inside flap is E S & A ROBINSON LTD, BRISTOL ENGLAND, O/N G 79481 & BT. 11 A. Also in the box was a small guarantee leaflet (VF 33).
The type DH107 was first introduced in 1951 & has a heater filament voltage requirement of 19 volts.
