"I’ve been a member of the Mums At Work network since 2019 but only really active since 2022 when I decided to take my business more seriously and launched the Calm Confident- Training Academy. Sinead and the team have been absolutely fantastic. The group has been an absolute inspiration by helping me find people to update my website, for merchandise and for the admin stuff that I’m really not good at. The group has been an invaluable source of information and have kept me focused. As a self-employed person I find it very difficult to structure the day and stop procrastinating. This is when being part of a community and to be held accountable is so useful because you tell someone you are going to do something this week they make sure that you are going to do it.


The links that I’ve made through the MAW network have been unbelievable, finding out information, getting resources.


For a very reasonable cost I have ongoing support and I don’t have that overwhelm and feeling that I’m running my business on my own and don’t know what to do next.

Most of my courses are accredited but a lot of this industry is unregulated and that the information you get in a course isn’t great and this is another reason that I love the network that people think it is top quality. It has been unbelievably helpful and a source of inspiration. I’m including 6 months of MAW membership for my students. Those are my reasons for joining up to the MAW network and also sticking with it. I don’t think I could be in my business where I am without it."
