WARNING: PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK of ELECTROCUTION and/or Permanent damage to your device.

Electrolux and AEG both have series of vacuum cleaners under umbrella brand of Ultra. UltraOne, UltraClean and Quattro are examples. All of these models are in most of aspects alike. One of the common features are 4 Pressure Sensors. One on the mainboard and three are located beside the bag area.
Side pressure sensors are used to measure pressures of: 1-Bag area, 2-Motor area, 3-Nozzle Pressure. All of these sensors are connected to hoses to be able to measure positive and negative pressure of the designated location.
The one that is connected to the nozzle is extremely susceptible to contamination with dust and consequently malfunctioning. This sensor is the one that is uses to adjust motor power in AUTO mode. So when it stops working, the auto mode doesn't function properly and regardless of what you are cleaning, machine works at full power. In this case beside the extra effort caused for the user, it may and will eventually damage the device.
In this video I tried to show you how to disassemble the device to the point required, how to repair the sensor and finally put it all back together.

The chip on board that might burn if two wires feeding the buttons gets short is: T405-600B Triac
