As you guys have heard my issue,,
they replied that there would be no return and no refund...but only an exchange which claims no guarantee (means...i might receive the defected product again)...They didnot provide me any partial refund because it is out of their policy and says that returning a product is out of their policy too🤯
It was so hard for me contact them ...when I tried to contact them through their email,the email turned out to be invalid..somehow the email worked and they contacted me ...Im happy for that!
