✅Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
✅Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
✅Red chili powder- 1 tbsp/ as per taste
✅Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
✅Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
✅Cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp
✅Hot spice/ garam nasala powder- 1/2 tbsp
✅Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
✅Green chili- 5/6 pc (chopped)
✅Eggs- 2 (beaten)
✅Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
✅Black salt- 1/2 tsp
✅Chat masala- 1 tsp
✅Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
❎Salt to taste

For dough:
✅Flour- 2 cups
✅Salt- 2 tsp/ as per taste
✅Oil- 4-5 tbsp

Oil for deep fry & tomato sauce for serving !
