Modi-Rahul handshake: A rare moment that came after 10 years, could be signs of a new beginning

This handshake had come in a long while when both PM Modi and LoP Rahul Gandhi came together. The occasion was to greet newly elected Speaker Om Birla. The PM Modi-led BJP decade long rule saw sharp & hostile exchanges between ruling and Oppn alliances. Rahul Gandhi has been elected as the Leader of Opposition in the 18th Lok Sabha. The handshake could be a symbolic new begining.
