All the new strats came together somewhat-nicely and allowed for the first sub 2 hour run of Toughened to be completed. Very happy with this.

Toughened is a mod that makes GTA3 brutally difficult, all the missions have increased difficulty and all usual speedtech (om0, duping, side missions, top down camera etc) is disabled.
