Ethnic wear is a type of clothing that defines one's ethnicity, Though the term was initially used to describe "traditional" dress worn by people belonging to a specific ethnic group, similar to folk costume of a particular nation, today it may refer to fashionable contemporary clothing as well.

Kimona- represents Visayan clothing. Most visayan lowland people wear the typical Kimona, a type of Baro't Saya blouse matching with a knee-length skirt.

Badjao- An indigenous group in the Philippines, known as sea nomads. According to study, they have been in the country since 500AD; described as endemic fisherfolks who have been using sustainable fishing methods for over 1,500 years.

Igorot- the indigenous peoples of the Cordillera Mountain Range of northern Luzon, Philippines are often referred to using the exonym Igorot people, or more recently, as the Cordilleran peoples.

Malong-traditional Filipino-Bangsamoro rectangular or tube-like wraparound skirt bearing a varietry of Geometric or okir designs. The malong is traditionally used as a garment by both men and women of the numerous ethnic groups in the mainland Mindanao and parts of the Sului Archipelago.
