Bengal gram (chana ) - 2 cups ( soaked)
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom - 2
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
