Rinnai Life: How to Make Fish Head Curry

Spice up your day with this delicious, thick and flavourful fish head curry!

Ingredients:
1 fish (white meat)
3 tsp tamarind paste
100ml water
8 garlic cloves
3 shallots
1cm ginger
10 dried chillies
50g fish curry powder
2 tbsp water
1.5 tbsp rice
4 tbsp oil
0.5 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 curry leaves stalk
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 aubergine, cut into big cubes
6 ladies’ fingers
2 tomatoes
800ml water
0.5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
