Meal plan for the week below ⬇️ Come shopping with us in NYC for our family of 13. We shop at Costco & Trader Joe's on Tuesday evening. (Our Costco is in Harlem and our Trader Joe's is on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.) We bring Anna (11), Chloe (9), Enoch (7), Melody (5), Moses (2), and Neta (5 months).
Here's our meal plan for the week:
Wednesday: Chilaquiles, Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Pasta & Green Beans
Thursday: Ham & Cheese Pinwheels w/ strawberries, Dinner: Enchilada Casserole w/ salad & Cilantro dressing
Friday: Baked Potatoes w/ bacon & chives, Dinner: Broccoli Soup & Bread
Saturday: Sandwiches w/ watermelon, juice & chips, Dinner: Burritos
Sunday: Bahn Mi bowls with rice, Dinner: Nachos w/ Beef
Monday: Tuna Melts, Dinner: Meatloaf & Gravy w Mashed Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts
Tuesday: Burritos, Dinner: Hot Dogs & Salad
