100 TRUCK DRIVERS STRANDED ALONG NH-29 DUE TO MASSIVE LANDSLIDE

On August 25, 2024, an NLTV team accompanied the Nagaland Adventure Club (NAC) to a landslide-affected area to distribute relief to stranded truck drivers. NAC provided aid to over 100 truck drivers who have been stuck for two days, on August 24 and 25. The landslide situation near Dzudza Bridge under Sechü Zubza is worsening as heavy rains continue. Over 100 trucks are stranded, and some drivers reported having been stuck for more than 10 days, facing significant hardships. The landslide's impact is also spreading to nearby houses and paddy fields, making the situation more dire.
