“We were not here for three years after the pandemic, but when walked the red carpet yesterday, I felt the film industry has restarted, or as the Chinese saying goes, 'Thriving and prospering,' and has started a new journey. When I saw the opening ceremony last night, I also felt that everyone was using an encouraging language and approach in the face of the industry's recent setbacks, and that we were encouraging each other, supporting each other. I felt this was a particularly heart-warming start.”

“I think a lot of people have the dream of becoming an actor and possibly contributing to the film world. I think it's really important for them to go to film school and get trained professionally first. You must have talent, but you must get a basic training, and you have to really love this career, not for any other reason, not to show off, but with a professional attitude. As for me, I think being an actor is a very great profession, as an actor. So to become an actor, one really has to love this career to be able to do it, and if not, just make it a hobby.”
