This is a nice alternative to your snack sticks. Sweet from the sugar, and Spicy Thai from the chilli flakes. This is a yummy one!

Here is the Recipe:

Sweet Spicy Thai Sticks
Salt 15g/kg
Chili Flakes 6g/kg
Garlic 4g/kg
Ginger 2g/kg
White Sugar 10g/kg
Vinegar 10g/kg
Water 90g/kg
Binder 10g/kg
Cure #1 3g/kg
Sodium Erythorbate 0.5g/kg
