Action around Saunders Tower (Superior, WI) Fall 1992

Sit back for a busy day (or 2) of action at Saunders Tower south of Superior, Wisconsin. You'll see trains from Burlington Northern, Duluth Winnipeg & Pacific, Wisconsin Central, Duluth Missabe & Iron Range and SOO LINE coming and going from every direction. Somehow, Chicago & Northwestern failed to make an appearance that day.

Coal trains, Ore Trains, Transfer Trains, Manifests, Locals all make an appearance, many still sporting cabooses!

This video is 28 years old and was just transferred to digital. If you have old tapes sitting around, I highly recommend you save them to digital soon. I was shocked at how much my tapes have deteriorated over the years.
