In today's video, NYC Marathon training continues as we build mileage and adjust to the heavier workload! These weeks overlapped with the Olympics, so we spent quite a bit of time watching sports, baking the famous athlete village chocolate muffins, and took Biscotti to the beach for the first time. Feeling a bit tired, but that is to be expected!
