Embarkation: I waited in line for hours literally 3+ hours to get on the ship and MSC thought it was okay to just give $50 onboard credit as compensation. I hear passengers waited for 6 or 8 hours for check-in before getting on the ship on the embarkation day. This is the worst embarkation experience I've ever had for a cruise vacation. So chaotic!

I’ve been on a few and this one was disappointing, very disappointing for the money I paid. It’s a shame. I feel bad for the hard working staff this ship. I believe the problem the management if not corporate. You really need to lower your expectations.
