Assemblyman Brian Bergen spoke at an Assembly session Monday against a proposed law to give sweeping new rights to temporary workers across New Jersey that is strongly opposed by business leaders. The bill, known as the temp workers bill of rights (A1474), will have drastic effects on the way companies will be able to utilize non-traditional employees.
