MZ세대란?

MZ세대는 밀레니얼(Millennials)의 M과 제네레이션(Generation)의 Z가 합쳐진 합성어이다. 통상 2030 젊은 세대를 통칭한다.
밀레니얼 세대는 1980년대 초반부터 2000년대 초반에 태어난 세대를, Z세대는 1990년대 중반부터 2000년대 초반에 태어난 세대를 일컫는다. Z세대는 1990년대 중반~2000년대 초반 출생한 세대로 디지털 환경에서 자란 '디지털 네이티브(디지털 원주민)'라는 특징이 있다. 이들 세대는 디지털 환경에 익숙하고 변화에 민감하다는 것이 주요 특징이다. MZ세대는 모바일환경에 친숙하고 최신 트렌드를 추구한다.
