Remember when IKEA released a Game of Thrones fur pattern for cloaks? We tackled the challenge of making one and we’ll show you how to make your own!

For the 10th Anniversary of Game of Thrones we thought it was only fitting to show how to make Game of Thrones fur cloaks with IKEA rugs.

You’ll need quite a lot of supplies including IKEA’s REN sheepskin rug, so be sure to pick them all up before starting this project. And keep in mind this could take up to a week to make.

There are two steps to making the fur cloak. The first is dyeing the sheepskin rugs to whatever colors you’d want.

After you get that done, the other step is sewing your fur cloaks. You’ll need to get your own fabric, so make sure it’s something that’s not thin.
