INGREDIENTS ;-
1. BLACK CHICKPEAS ( KALE CHANE) 200 GRAM ( Soaked in fresh water 8 to 10 hours and dry the moisture in sun light .
2. FENUGREEK SEEDS ( METHI DANA ) one tbsp.
3. CUMIN SEEDS ( SABUT JEERA ) one tbsp.
4. FENNEL SEEDS ( SAUNF ) one tbsp.
5. MUSTARD SEEDS ( RAI ) two tbsp.
6. TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI POWDER) two small tbsp.
7. RED CHILLI POWDER (LAL MIRCH) one small tbsp or to taste.
8. KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH (DEGGI MIRCH) one small tbsp.
9. BLACK SALT (KALA NAMAK) one small tbsp.
10. NORMAL SALT ( NAMAK ) two small tbsp or to taste.
11. NIGELLA ( KALONJI) one small tbsp.
12. DRIED MANGO POWDER ( AMCHUR POWDER) two small tbsp.
13. VINEGAR (SIRKA) two tbsp.
14. GREEN CHILLI (HARI MIRCH) CHOPPED IN SLICES 30 GRAM.
15. GINGER (ADRAK) CHOPPED IN SLICES 50 GRAM.
16. SARSON OIL (MUSTARD OIL) 100 GRAM.
