Alco RS11 - Shenandoah Valley Railroad

The Shenandoah Valley Railroad is known for their beautiful highnose locomotives painted in fallen flag inspired paint schemes. They have two GP9s and 1 Alco RS11. This video shows a day of the shortline's operation as they bring the RS11 back into action when its turn to come out in the power cycle has finally arrived. This RS11 is a former Norfolk and Western and wears an N&W inspired scheme. As far as timing for SVRR operations go they can be found out working most often midday or afternoon on weekdays.
