Basic Garden Raw Cracker Recipe
2 cups—Water
2 Carrots
2 Tomatoes
2 Celery Stalks
2 Garlic Cloves
Jalapeno—to taste
Parsley—to taste
Basil—to taste
Cilantro
Himalayan Pink Salt—to taste
½—Sweet Red Onion
or small shallot
1 tsp—granulated garlic
1 cup—Whole Flax Seeds (Soaked overnight)
1/3 cup—Ground Flax Seeds

Basic Raw Pizza Crust Recipe

2 cups ground flaxseed or ground nuts of any kind
2 Tomatoes
1 cup juice pulp
1 cup soaked whole flax seed
½ cup of water, if mixture is too thick
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon pink salt
