All 24 trays are also made of stainless steel 304 and are perforated for proper air flow. All tray support angles and frame are also made of stainless steel 304. External body is made of powder coated steel sheets fabricated with heavy angle supports. Overall unit is mounted on heavy duty casters for easy mobility; front two casters are with brake. Temperature is controlled by digital PID temperature controller with in-built digital timer. Operated can set any desired temperature and run this fish drying machine with and without timer. When timer stops, a loud beep sound alerts operator that drying process has finished.
