The inaugural Distinguished Lecture hosted by the Emory Global Diabetes Research Center (EGDRC), celebrated twenty years of the groundbreaking Emory University-Madras Diabetes Research Foundation Collaboration in Diabetes Research. Our collaboration has driven significant advancements, fostering innovation and achieving breakthroughs in understanding diabetes.

We had the privileged of welcoming and honoring our keynote speaker, Chairman of the Madras Diabetes Research Foundation, Dr. V. Mohan. He is a distinguished leader in the field of diabetes research and this year's American Diabetes Association Kelly West Awardee.
