CFU unit has capacity of 4 m3/h and its height doesn't exceed 110 centimeters.

Being apparently simple, CFU is multifunctional equipment by means of which industrial oil are filtered, drained, refilled, pumped and transferred from one tank to another. The unit can also be used for filling and flushing large gearboxes, for purifying the diesel and heating fuel.

GlobeCore filtration technology involves sequential transfer of oil through cartridge filters. The first one ensures coarse purification, and the second one - fine purification.

The filtration fineness is not associated with the unit model. We can install filters with the filtration fineness of 25, 5, 3, 1 and 0.3 microns. If the oil contains small metal particles. The filtration system is supplemented with magnets.

No special skills are required to operate CFU unit. In order to start filtering, you should first connect the unit to the tanks of dirty and clean oil using the pipeline through the cam lock quick couplings, open the valves and press the button at the control station.

Maintaining the unit, is not difficult, either. The clocking rate of the filter elements is monitored by industrial method. When the pressure in front of the filters reaches 2.5 bar, we open the lid, remove the dirty filter element and replace it with a new one.

Another advantage of CFU unit is a wheel mounted design. Due to its mobility and compact size, the unit can be easily moved inside the workshop from one tank with dirty oil to another. Having this kind of unit at the oil facilities and filtering to process liquid in a timely manner - you enhance the reliability of your equipment. The volume of dirty oil and the financial expenses for purchasing new oil are additionally reduced.
