5 NEW rules in Tamil Nadu Government counseling | Good or Bad?

Tamil Nadu has started the registration for MBBS/ BDS admission for the academic year 2024-25. As I went through the government quota prospectus, I noticed 5 major changes or 5 new rules in Tamil Nadu state counseling. Is it going to be beneficial to the students?
